1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, information products, or goods offered by Tech Compass Parky, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Tech Compass Parky offers live and recorded instructional sessions, workshops, and personalized coaching focused on AI applications. Service schedules and content descriptions are provided on our site.

To schedule or reschedule a live session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form. If you are unable to attend a session, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future date, subject to availability.

3. Information Products

Information products include on-demand courses, downloadable materials, and digital toolkits related to AI. Access details are delivered via email upon purchase.

Once access to digital content is granted, it cannot be reversed due to the immediate availability of materials.

4. Goods

Goods include physical books, branded merchandise, and course-related hardware kits. All goods are shipped from our Toronto location.

If you receive goods that are defective or damaged in transit, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. You may send the items back to our office address for inspection. After confirmation, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.

5. Refund Policy

Services

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the first scheduled live session and prior to attending more than one session. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. You may opt to transfer your credit to a different service date instead of requesting a refund.

Information Products

Since information products are delivered electronically, all access grants are final. No refund requests will be approved once login credentials or download links are provided.

Goods

For non-defective merchandise, you may send items back in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in sellable condition. After inspection, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by updating this page. The Effective Date at the top will indicate when changes take effect. Continued use of our offerings after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
